Pandesia Villas is composed of two adjacent but autonomous and independent residences, each of which has a private swimming pool for exclusive use (4x12mt.), A large solarium area with sunbeds, a sea view veranda with a chestnut wood pergola where you can have breakfast or sip a aperitif. Furthermore, in the rear courtyards there is an area equipped with masonry benches, marble tables and a barbecue for exclusive use. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi.
